Oksana is a Thought Leader on Vicarious Trauma and Compassion Fatigue. She has found the key to work-life balance for front-liners and others who have experienced trauma within their lives.
Oksana trained as a nurse in the Ukraine, has worked around the world and lived in Mongolia, England, and Africa. She has 2 beautiful sons and moved to Australia 5 years ago to live her dream.
As an international frontline worker, Oksana found herself burnt out from the job she loved and paid the price of undiagnosed Vicarious Trauma.
Her passion is to help frontline workers and other carers to recognise early the effects of high level of repetitive stress and create a healthy work-life balance.
